PRM, Inc. manages an ever
growing number of beach homes, condos, and townhomes. Beach
Resort Rentals provides a hands-free management for the
owner. Our office is open during the day to welcome both
guests and owners. Our staff is on-call 24 hours to handle
emergencies.
We contract with Too Tidy,
LLC to provide housekeeping services. The owner, Lisa Miller,
is licensed and bonded. Each unit's linens are kept separate
and washed in that unit.
Professional Real Estate Management,
Inc. Beach Resort Rentals advertises in high profile magazines
such as Southern Living, Southern Breeze,
as well as in the Harrison County's Convention and Visitors
Bureau publication Fun Times Guide. The ads in Southern
Breeze and the Fun Times Guide are large-portion color ads
with reader response cards and website links. We do direct
mail to target areas, responding to people requesting information
through the Chamber of Commerce. Our database of fifteen
years provides a wealth of names for direct mail. We advertise
in the Apartment Guide for both corporate and vacationers
and respond to inquiries from their website. We are members
of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce and also
the Gulfport Chamber of Commerce and receive direct referrals
from them.
