Ocean Club Tower 1404

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying in this unit. We love the condo, the location and and the management service.

This has been a Super duper experience. Beautiful apartment, great view, wonderful owner. I highly recommend this vacation apartment.

The view from this spot is amazing! We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Perfect location - not far from anything.

We enjoyed our stay and found it to be a good location from which to launch a day trip to New Orleans, visit to the NASA Jet Propulsion Museum, and a drive to Biloxi to lose a bit of change. The traffic noise while on the balcony was a bit much, but the view was spectacular!

Very spacious 2Br 2Ba condo with amazing views of the beach. PRM was super easy to work with and we have already booked to stay here again next year. The only complaint we have is the lighting in the Ensuite Bath could stand to be brighter.

Was delighted with the location and view from this unit! The wrap around patio was fantastic. Had a couple of maintenance issues that were handled very quickly and smoothly with the property manager

It was a very nice place. the only issue we had was trying to get into the lock box to get the key. Whoever typed the info reversed the code and we couldn't get into the box. There happened to be someone in the office there to figure this out. Otherwise I am not sure what we would have done. without this key would we not have been able to get into the condo. Need to be more careful and double check things.

The view was amazing! There were a few improvements that could take place inside condo to make it 5 stars. The furniture was old and sunk in to sit on. We had no hot water in guest shower. Bathroom faucet handles unscrewed as we used them, repeatedly. Lighting in master bathroom was very poor. The condo was clean and set up well though and the views were awesome! Just needs some maintenance and bit of updating.

This apartment overlooks the Gulf and west beach. The views are spectacular. The unit is decorated supremely. A great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

We booked 1401 for my 50th birthday and my grandma’s 87th as our birthdays are one day apart. It was myself my husband and grandma and we had plenty room to spread our out and a most wonderful stay. The views from the primary bedroom were amazing and my grandma loved that she had access to the wrap around balcony from her room. We’re from the next state over (Louisiana) so we made a small pot of gumbo while we were there and had everything we needed in the kitchen (outside of our gumbo ingredients) My husband honestly can’t wait to go back.

Roomy condo. Well equip with necessities Would have liked to have two fobs for building entrance and pool.

The condo was great! The view was super from the 14th floor out over the Gulf and up the coast to Gulfport. We spent lots of time sitting out on the balcony; plenty of comfortable chairs/tables. The inside was spotless and comfortable. Loved that the bathrooms were en suite rather than having one for communal use. The second bathroom did need a lightbulb replaced. Trolley to Biloxi could be caught a short walk away in front of Treasure Bay on the beach side. I would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a few days to recharge and the condo was everything that we expected and wanted. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked.
The staff was helpful and courteous. We look forward staying here again!

It was love at first sight. The openness, the views, the decor, the building itself, all immaculate and beyond expectations. Only negative was the lack of garbage bags, found them later but we're not on plain sight. Having a few items in the kitchen such as spices and others items would have been nice to have available. Overall the place was tremendous and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Biloxi.

Me and my family were very pleased with the accommodations. The location of the unit was mystical the view was breathtaking we truly enjoyed our time there.

we had a great 4 months with the PRM property

I walked into a problem with a unit that was not clean. I left with an amazing experience. PRM not only solved the problem, they gave me a night free and an even better property. When it comes to the customer experience, they live it. I teach classes on the customer experience and will use my experience on this trip as an example of how to turn a problem into an amazing experience. Thank you!!!

We could not have been happier with the condo. It was convenient, comfortable, and the view was to die for. Also, we cooked dinners in and my wife commented that the pots and pans were better than those at most rental places, so that is a big plus.

beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the gulf coast. our stay at 1404 ocean club was very good with everything we needed for our 30 day stay. Nancy and her staff at PRM were great as always. We will be back.
