Villas at Ocean Club A324

We stayed in A324 for a long weekend volleyball tournament. The location is great...5 minutes to the collegium, 5 minutes down to Shaggy's or Big Play.

When we arrived, one of the property management employees was there trying to fix the main had stopped working and there was no remote to control the TV to change the input. So we were without a TV in the main living area...not a huge deal, but it made relaxing as a family at night more challenging as we like to watch some shows with our kids.

the second issue we ran into was that someone previously broke the water dispenser on the refrigerator and then put some tape on it to make it look like it was fixed. The lever to dispense water was hanging by the electric cables. We called immediately during normal work hours but never received a call back the entire weekend.

The last issue we had was that we had to do some cleaning in the bathroom when our daughter went to take a bath. it was either not cleaned or not fully cleaned. Either way, we had to clean the bathtub the first night.

Overall, the condo is nice and the location is great! if the owners and management company take care of the outdated appliances and talk to their cleaning staff, we would consider staying here again for a long weekend.

Absolutely amazing experience.

My vacation Rental experience was beautiful. I felt like I was at home and the vacation home had everything I needed to make me feel at home and comfortable. I will definitely rent again and recommend to family and friends.

We loved this condo because of the way it was decorated and the location. The complaint we had was about the refrigerator because the door made a "snapping" sound every time we used it. Also it would be nice if the cabinets had handles.

This condo was very spacious, clean and charming. Also, was in a great location. I would definitely stay here again. Great value also!

The unit was clean and neat and everything was as advertised. Outstanding customer service from the management team, especially Charlotte, who helped ensure we had everything we needed and for having Nikki personally come out and help set up the TVs. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant!

overall, it was perfect although I hated being on the 3rd floor and the hallways are super-hot. The apartment itself stayed cool and it was very nice.

Great condo. The exterior of the building at first sight made me nervous but the actual condo was precious! We were lacking information about the check in paperwork at the property but it was easily solved with a quick text. We will definitely book again.
