Villas at Ocean Club B115

The room was clean, there was the needed items to make our stay comfortable. The coffee pot did not shut off unless it was unplugged. The hair dryer had a problem with the cord. The furniture was dated. One night stand had been painted recently, but only on one side. Other than these few items it was a good stay.

The tile floors were filthy. How hard is it to mop the floors between guests. There must be a problem with guests taking silverware because there was not enough utilsels for 6 people.

The room appeared clean but the stinky musty smell was over whelming! We bought Room freshing spray from Bath and body works but it only lasted will the nest time we came into the apartment. Great location nice parking. the living room furniture was very uncomfortable! Will probably ask for another location next visit.

It was a great stay!

We were delighted to catch a Biloxi Shuckers game while in town. What a beautiful stadium. Being close to New Orleans we drove into the city 2 days but were happy to be back in Biloxi to check out the Beauvoir House and grounds. We are at some great seafood restaurants and returned home happy and satisfied.

Condo was clean and very nice. I have stayed here every time I come to Biloxi. In fact, I wish I could get the same room each time. I love the view of the pool!

My family and I had the best experience and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were so impressed with the friendly staff members that obviously enjoy their occupation. The facility was clean in every aspect. The pool area was one of our favorite areas, the grounds were kept pristine at all times. The location was perfect due to walking distance to restaurants, shopping and beach. Thank you Villas at Ocean Club for our amazing experience and lifetime memories.

The Villa at Ocean Club was great for myself, my daughter and my two granddaughters (7 & 3) Ground floor unit was very convenient, especially for pool access with 2 littles. Unit was clean and provided pool towels, hair dryers, and ample bath towels. Could provide larger shampoo, conditioner, more toilet paper and paper towels. Also liked the convenience of the villa coded entry. The checkin went smoothly, although my envelope was in the wrong box. It would be beneficial for the overall look of the pool area if the abandoned tennis court was finished off with something esthetic - i.e. putting green, artificial turf with oversized games. Relatively close to beach, several restaurants and served us well. We enjoyed a swamp tour in Slidell, La, ferrying out to Ship Island and eating at Shaggy, the Reef, Parrain’s and Taranto’s. Could have filled a couple more days easily! Highly recommend.

Would have been nice to be informed before we got there that we needed to bring our own toilet paper, dishwasher tablets,etc. We never had to do that at any of our other timeshare stays before. A little information goes a long way. Missing some utensils, a couple of burned out lights, not enough towels for a place supposed to be ready for 6 people. Had a good time otherwise.

Great location, nice, quiet property. The unit itself needs a bit of attention . The unit smelled very musty. I’m a Capital Vacation timeshare owner and was not expecting what this property was.

I wasn't pleased at all because of having roaches in my room all in the bathroom!

nice unit. maintenance was lacking. housekeeping did bring the missing toilet paper roller in. the main blinds opened poorly, arrived with a blind slat on the floor. no kleenex

Well, l loved the convenience of checking in. Could have been nicer. It was dirty, moldy, and so humid inside. We couldn’t open doors to get outside air. Understand that you have to close balconies and pool area for construction but could have told me that before I booked. I found out a week before I arrived. Beds, and furniture wore out and uncomfortable. Very disappointed and I won’t be back.

When there is a problem, management should notify tenants of the problem. We returned from a day out and went to use the bathroom to find out there was no water. Called management no return call, found maintenance people outside, when approaching them they said there was no water do to a water main break. we were not notified when the repair was made,found out by testing faucets.

Very relaxing

The timeshare was very spacious. However it smelled like grandma’s closet! It smelled very old and musty. It could use some updating. All appliances worked but the refrigerator water filter needs to be changed out.

Nice 2 bedroom unit. It was very quiet in the unit. We could occasionally hear trains. But that didn't bother us. Housekeeping really needs to take a scrub brush to clean the tile flooring near the baseboards. It was very pretty grimy looking. The couch wasn't very comfortable. But the loveseat was better. We didn't use the pool as it was too rainy and cool most of our visit. Loved having the pantry to store items out of sight.

Nice stay everything was great. Super easy access to our room and parking.
Beds were not very comfortable woke up with backs hurting we stayed 5 days. Pull out couch was great tho.

Door was bad rusted and dirty, killed several bugs and the room was musty but the beds and pillows were great slept very well except on Saturday night had to call the police due to party till midnight on 8/17/24.

We have stayed at this property several times in the past, but never under the ownership of PRM. It had been several years since we had been there, so we didn’t remember much. We rented 2 units, which I was told would be adjoining....they were not. No units are there, they were across the hall from each other, not a huge deal but not what i was told nevertheless. The units were NOT cleaned well at all. Our 3 year old that came with us continued finding trash all throughout both units. We were not supplied with toilet paper, again not a big deal but wish we would have known this. Kitchen necessities such as pots and pans were very sparse, and the ones we did find were nasty. I ended up buying a couple of new ones to use and then we just brought them home. We made a good week out of what we had, but it is safe to say we will not be going back, there are much nicer places to stay at nicer beaches.

Great location, very clean, needs more kitchen utensils/supplies.

Disappointed tv never fixed in bedroom and that everything is streamed with no local news channels.

No toilet paper and only 1 trash bag. No clocks in the room. Wanted a room that faced the ocean , didn't get it.

The room was nice with entrance to the pool, but the code in second bedroom was not reset so couldn't be used. Toilet paper supply was insufficient.

The entire stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The condo was clean and the distance from the pool to the beach was an easy walk. It was quiet and people were friendly. No annoying phone calls to see how we were or to see any promotional stuff.

Nice, quiet place with a view of the Gulf combined with a clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment made my stay very enjoyable.

The room was comfortable and conveniently located. The weather didn't cooperate but stay was good.

The property was clean and tidy. The furniture in the living area was very uncomfortable. We did not understand the TV service because we have satellite service and never experienced apps. I placed a call to the owners with no response. The tennis court did not have a net, the pool area looked nice, but the weather was not good enough to use. Check in went great and all amenities in the villa were great. Casinos are close and nice to visit.

The place very clean. Quiet. New TV's. New appliances,beds were very comfortable Close to to the water just across the road. Sharkes Excellent food, happy hour daily. Close to many places to see. I would stay there again.

Absolutely horrible.......And that is being nice and polite! When we opened the door to our room, we were hit with a stench that made us both sick at our stomachs. It was a moldy mildew smell that was sickening and I am not exaggerating even a little bit! My wife and I were hungry after the drive to Biloxi, so we went to a nearby Wafflehouse and had some dinner hoping that when we returned to our room it would somehow be better, although we knew it was a longshot we wanted to stay there if at all possible. But it was not.We capped off our night with a drive back home!!! We did not even stay 1 night!!! Finally we arrived back home in utter disbelief and disgust at what we had just was a nightmare that we are still trying to forget..... UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

Clean & comfy. Nice washer & dryer. Missing 4 teaspoons & coffee cup. & 1 coffee cup chipped & unusable. The broom wasn’t very good but used it. A vaccuum of some type would be nice. Really liked the hand soaps at each sink. Good location. . The grounds were nice around pool. Wished the pool was heated. There was an old tennis court unusable. Would be nice to have shuffle board there or corn hole.

We had a great stay.

PRM was very helpful and courteous while getting our visit started right with the correct entry information. When the TV wouldn't work and nothing discussed over the phone resolved it, Charlotte came to the unit to figure out the problem and fixed it.
Negative was that the coffee pot had not been cleaned; the used grounds were still in there. I threw those away. The cleaning company responded promptly to my complaint but that shouldn't have happened. Made me wonder what other short cuts were taken in the cleaning process.

This was a minor thing but it was the first time ever that we stayed in a condo or motel that there were no Kleenex's, had to go to Walmart for same and a stopper for one bath tub.
The black mold should really be cleaned up in the upper corners of the large window of the living area and the outside of the door from the living area to the patio.
The unit we had was with great access to the pool area and that area was wonderfully kept.

Easy to book, easy to find, easy to check in

Needs new carpet, the light over the shower looked like it had been cheaply replaced, the outside patio wasn’t clean and had mold residue and needs new flooring. The pool was nice.

We have been coming to the Villas for over 15 years. We love the fact that we can usually get the ground level which helps with our elderly parents.

Over all it was a good stay but a few things can be tweeked. There were no BBQ utensils for the pits outside. No steak knives. We called PRM and requested these items but only received the knives. We found a few bugs so this unit needs some TLC in the bug area. Also, the outside is not kept up. It needed some cleaning and painting. I am a Capital Vacation Club owner and we pay big bucks in maintenance fees and we thought that money went to renovations of the units. also, the TV was very hard to figure out if you are not computer savy. We did figure it out but for elderly guests it will be difficult.

We love coming to the Villas and we will be back and hope all those things can be fixed for the next time we visit.

Nice condo, good price. Quite.

We have stayed at Villas at Ocean Club for many years. We have been assigned unit B115 at least twice. This time the unit looks MUCH less cared for. It was well-cleaned by the regular cleaners, but maintenance is another issue.The doors on outside patio were rusted, there was mold on the concrete, and all the windows are not well-sealed.The kitchen was not well-stocked: a chipped coffee cup, no knife set, not many glasses. Unit B115 needs some loving attention. Written communications have errors.

Great location and fully equipped home away from home. Very comfortable beds(so very important)especially liked that I could bring Clean laundry home ,just makes vacation enjoyable to not having to rush to do laundry as soon as you get home- so very easy from vacation to back to work! Love this area, not our first visit, we come back often.

Overall was good. Had a musty smell. We had to use air freshener and candles to make it smell better. Never took the smell totally out. There was only one sharp knife (a big long knife).

At the beach with fog

it wasbok but did you get the the things that could be fixed. we left some sticker of thing we found.

The condo was spacious and well designed but there were issues, dirty frying pan, shower light repair ongoing, dust on wall piece, dresser drawers that don't stay shut, "colorant" instead of creamer for coffee, shower door that doesn't shut, lazy toilet lever,and electronic lock on patio door not recoded. Exterior hallway and path to parking lot dissappointing. The condo and its furniture are obviously not new but it is lovely and spacious.

The condo overall was clean, however, there was an odor that just wouldn't go away. I went through a half bottle of Febreeze! The lock on the door going to the patio didn't work. In the evening we like to watch TV and the only TV available was with a Fire Stick. Luckily we have Roku at our home or we wouldn't have had clue how to operate the TV. We prefer watching sports and there were none available. The couch had to be the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on! There was no gas in the outdoor grill. There was nothing in the room to explain the TV situation or the internet. There were no instruction on the check-out process. Luckily a maintenance man came to fix the lock on the patio door (on our last day). He gave us the phone# on someone in the office that we could call to find out what we needed to do when leaving. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The location was great, and the pool was nice and close. The people yhere were friendly that lived there.
However, out of 7 days, The internet only worked for 2 days, even after help. The room itself smelled like it hadn;t been cleaned in a while. There were various dirty dishes in the cabinets and some silverware had something on them. The maid service is very lacking. We would return there some day though. Also, the drawers in the bedroom won't stay in and in the other bedroom you can't get a drawer all the way out. The maintenance and the cleaning need a lot of work.

We enjoyed our getaway. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shopping outlets. We enjoyed the Pool area. We had all the necessary items to utilize the kitchen and laundry.

Great location. Close to the boardwalk which we enjoyed every night to go eat. The room was poolside which was great for the kids. Steps away from the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all...another plus with kids.

B115 unit was very nice because direct pool entry and easy access. Great girls trip and felt safe on property. Will request B115 for next years girl trip

We had a really good time. The resort was close to everything we wanted to see.

Everything was great..very clean..easy check in by ourselves.. No time share meeting..one block from our favorite casino Treasure Bay..roomy...only exception was the couch(too small)the main bed should be a king and the table and chairs need upgraded..otherwise the property was great

Laid back stay.

Enjoyed the Beach and ate dinner at Fat Bottom BBQ. Shared the BBQ combo and it was GREAT

The vacation rental was not a good experience. There was hair in the beds like the sheets had not been washed. There was also hair in the bathroom drawers. The patio furntiture had not been cleaned. The overall appearance of the condo needs updating and cleaning. The refrigerator filter needed to be changed. The water smelled. The condo smelled like a nursing home.

Nice,spacious,and clean. We had a very wonderful experience with the experience.

First of all, there was no additional paper products provided for the full 7 days. We called three different times & also stopped by the office to request toilet paper. Customer service is very lacking. Only after my husband left a stern voicemail, did we find toilet paper and paper towels in our unit when we came back. Then one morning, a knock on the door came. Before we could get to the door to answer, a housekeeping girl came in! We called Nicki about it. She said a man was supposed to come by that day for the TV inventory. She was supposed to call me back and never did! The TV guy showed up later, but did not show ID or really make us feel like he was legit. He seemed to be scoping out the place. There are several light bulbs burned out which makes the unit darker. Also the blinds on the front room are broke and need replaced with curtains. We used a sheet with chip clips to get our privacy. The place is nice for the age of the building and we did enjoy our stay. Not absolutely positive that we would want to stay there again.

I truly enjoyed my stay. I did notice that the blinds need to be replaced because their was a wide opening in the living room. Everything else was alright.

It was great location but Capital Resorts units need some maintenance and deep cleaning

First of all the pool was closed the entire time we were there at OVVV. Very disappointed because this was a main reason for this reservation on Labor Day. We love swimming at the condo. Toilet in guest bathroom not able to flush most of the time, water would refill very slowly. No Detergent for washer in area, when reported they said they personally put it there like we were lying about it not being there (very disrespectfully). Not a big thing. Our room had some bugs(Pest), exterminator needed inside and outside to control this. I got hassled be the property Asst. Manager while outside about parking and also informed that I could no longer bring my boat for our stay at the condo. All in all not satisfied with change in policy since I purchased time share to bring my boat to Biloxi. I was told it was okay.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was roomy, comfortable and had up to date appliances. It was close to attractions we wanted to visit.

Only disappointment was not having a room with view of Gulf. Otherwise, everything about the unit was great.

We left a note on the kitchen counter that explains our concerns about the place. I cannot imagine not having soap in the bathroom during covid season but that is what we had no soap. Not enough toilet paper was in the unit for 4 days let alone a week. Glad we did not stay a week. Broken coffee cups in the cabinet and the coffee pot was not washed. Outdoor furniture was rusted threw and broken seats were hanging halfway to the ground. Not happy at all. This place needs attention.

Easy to get in and out, very comfortable and close to activities we planned.

Great place to stay very Clean and enjoyable. The only problem we had was a big storm came though Saturday and we could not contact anyone to check if we were allowed to go there. We took a chane and it turned out fine

The rental property was clean. The bathroom in the master bedroom had a stopped up toilet. They did provide plungers but it continued to stop up. The blinds in the living room would not open. The kitchen was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Nice accommodations. Good staff. The only real issue was Biloxi Beach is not a clean beach.

Had a wonderful visit to Biloxi and coast. However, the water was turned off for hours without receiving any notice that it would be off. Taking a shower soaped up at the time. Unprofessional management.

We secured our reservation through our timeshare company Capital Vacations. It was an easy process. Upon arrival we were very pleased with the location and the appearance of the building. When we entered the 1st floor, 2 bedroom unit, we were excited to be staying there. It was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The unit had 2 nice patios and was close to the pool.

Worn, tired, rundown. 2 of 3 television not working. Pool not clean. Very poor experience. Workers hammering and sawing at 0800 Sunday morning. Probably will NOT come back here. Not what I expected from Capital. Really disappointed.

VERY QUIET, YET CLOSE TO ATTRACTIONS.
2 BEDROOM TV'S CABLE BOXES WERE NOT WORKING, BUT SPARKLITE CABLE GUY FIXED THEM ONCE WE GOT IN CONTACT WITH HIM. ONE CHAIR MISSING FROM DINING ROOM TABLE. OVERALL DELILGHTFUL STAY.

The blade under the shower door needs replacing.
The window seals in the main room need to be cleaned.
The ceil fan blades in the main room need cleaning.
The rest of the unit was in great shape. Due to weather we had to cut our trip short and didn't get out to see much. Did get a couple of good sea food meals eaten.
