Villas at Ocean Club B118

Our packet with parking pass was not in the mail box, different code for front and back door, the floor had sticky spots all over the kitchen. When you walked it didn't look bad but when you started looking around you noticed the build up of dust on baseboards,sand in the floor, and dirty carpets in bedrooms

Property was clean and quiet. They are renovating areas so we thought it might be disruptive but since we stayed during Christmas, it didn’t.

The unit was very spacious. The kitchen and living area was very nice. I appreciated the emails and reminders indicating how I was supposed to check in. Since I arrived late, this worked perfectly. One issue with the unit was on the first night the sheets and pillow cases in the one bedroom were not clean. I did reach out and left a message but did not hear back. We bought laundry detergent and washed the linens. The carpets in both bedrooms had some stains but overall the unit was clean. Master bathroom was very nice.

Unit was clean and ready. The walls are fairly thin, so if a neighbor plays music or TV loudly - it is shared by all. Otherwise the area is quiet and nice visit.

Quiet peaceful & easy in & out

We arrived on Sunday and had not receive the door code due to a wrong email at the PRM location. Got Capital help and it was good. There was NO white box in the room to help with guidelines and check out info. The room was nice and we did enjoy our stay.

Our stay at the Villa was amazing! Perfect view and very serene and comfortable living arrangements. We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated that all shopping and eating amenities were extremely close by. The only drawback to our stay was that we were unable to get hot water in the shower, the water was only very lukewarm (total bummer). Overall it was a pleasant stay.

As always, we have great enjoyment in our stay right here on the Biloxi coast with Villas at Ocean Club. We highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to soak up the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Enjoyed the location

Minor concerns, old stain in bottom of oven, been that way for some time; cookware worn, did not use dishes. (Had paper goods)Glass bowl was under the sink below disposal with discolored water with odor, almost full(emptied bowl and put back, dripping water, if that side of sink is used. By the color of the water in the bowl, this has been an ongoing problem in this unit for a while. Roaches seen in both bathrooms. Couldn’t get TV to work in right side bedroom, followed instructions as per unit book. Only 2 knifes on knife block? Overall stay was good to average ; however, improvement needed. Went to office camera and left a message (unit & phone number;NO ONE CALLED BACK during my weeks stay? Guest on 1st floor building C, facing pool, 2nd or 3rd unit, had over 10 people (6 or 7 children and at least 4 adults, some of both, were using extremely bad language at the pools, not using shower, running from patio of unit jumping in pool with shoes and clothes on, not following rules/guidelines;was on
Saturday evening 7/26. Pool light did not come on, was not working in the pool evenings. The gate lock was not working on B side, one number wouldn’t push in, had to walk around to other gate. Some type of monitoring should be done or security in common areas to alert Management

Villas at Ocean Club is across the street from the beach and a traffic light allows easy access. Close to restaurants, casinos and the beach. Gulfport is nearby with plenty of restaurants also. Go see the Mississippi Aquarium - great for kids, interesting for all ages.

This is our fifth stay here and as always the unit is very clean and comfortable. We love its location to shopping,eateries, the beach, and casinos.

Awesome property very clean.

Made the reservation sight unseen and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Loved that it was right across from the beach.

FULL QUIET PLACE TO STAY

We did not stay at the property because two nights before pur stay, we received an email stating the balcony would be off limits and all the balcony furniture would be in the unit, and the pool and hot tub would be closed. These things should have been stated when we made the reservation. We did not receive a refund. We told them we would not be arriving because who wants to vacation in a construction zone.

There was construction going on so parking was a little constraint. The door to the parking lot lock wasn’t working properly. When leaving, it wouldn’t lock. There were no decent frying pans or cooking utensils. Never enough kitchen towels and we had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels. Smoke alarm went off at 1:35 AM. The pool had maintenance going on so no use of the pool at all. The hallway in the building was dirty. Could use some better furniture.

This was our third stay at Villas@ Ocean Club and we must say it never disappoints. There is easy to access the facility and all the amenities are all that vacationers would want. There is generous eateries,shopping,casinos,and beach access.

Vacation was pretty good. Our envelope was in the wrong mailbox. Other than that it was pretty good vacation.

Our stay was great. The grandchildren enjoyed themselves and the unit was spacious and clean. The location was perfect and the check in process is very simple and convenient for people who arrives late for check in. There are two areas that need attention: skillet and the mattress on the pullout couch need to be replaced. The skillet was hard to cook on and the couch’s mattress was severely stained.

Our 2nd stay at this resort. It was very pleasant. Staff was helpful.

Water in shower was lukewarm
Busted window was not repaired
Curtain rod was hanging in the livingroom

We had a great trip to the gulf coast. Biloxi and the surrounding towns have great shopping and food. The room is nice with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Full kitchen and nice large living room, there is space for everyone!

Did e-mail that the dish washer wasn’t working properly but not a big issue, will be going back soon and looking forward to it. We go there often and are always pleased!

Very roomy place. Fire tvs in all rooms. The bedrooms were a great size; plenty of room to move around. The bathtub in the master is huge, and we all enjoyed taking baths in there. The place was clean, and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. We had a great experience!

Dishwasher leaked. Both toilets leaked. Pool was disgusting and covered in hair. Floor were not clean. Dryer was so clogged with lent inside it that we had to restart it every 10 minutes. Door locks worked some of the time. Overall it needed a good cleaning and a lot of maintenance. Will not be back.

Very nice appartment. All new full kitchen appliances. Furniture suited beach atmosphere and beds very comfortable. Pool and grounds excellent. We knew the beach was a walk across roads. It was not the prettiest view of the ocean as most since had to look across parking lot and roads to see it but you coyld see it. Better beaches for sunbathing , activities and cleanliness are just a few miles drive down the road. Treasure Bay and their excellent buffet just a block away. Enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, clean, well-furnished, cool, close to the beach, close to fine restaurants, shopping with easy check in and security. All these and probably more describe our stay.

The rental was in great shape, clean and with everything in place to start our vacation. Easily accessible, will definitely book again

THE SMELL IN THE CONDO MADE US SICK. THIS WAS THE WORST STAY AT THE OCEAN VIEW VILLAS FOR US. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

It was great except for the pool. It was nasty and there should be more workers around for service. It is also hard to get in because capital only have a few room left at this site. They need to get more rooms or sale

I disliked that there was no one on premises to contact with problems. I made 3 phone calls trying to get a user name and password for Sparklight in the master bedroom and never received a call back. Unsatisfactory experience with that. Water in master shower was just luke warm. Skillet did not work well with frying eggs. It needs to be a smooth surface skillet.

It was no nice the place was clean well kept up. I just have a few things they didn't have enough plates or cups for 6 people and the curtain rod in the living had fallen of the ceiling a little in the middle before we got there but over all the walk to beach was nice and the residents were very welcoming and nice.

It was a great unit, and close to everything (historic sites, the beach, restaurants, shopping and casinos). The pool was awesome, a little cold, but we assimilated to it. PRM company was very helpful, when we needed them. Capital Vacations and PRM had different checkout days, but we called and the quickly reactivated our door code. Very friendly.

Close to everything we wanted to do, very clean, comfortable condo.

The condo was comfortable and clean. However to our surprise only 6 humans are allowed. We were never informed of this during reservation Or confirmation. We had 4 adults and 4 children, 3 under 10. On the first morning we received a phone call informing us we could absolutely not have more than 6 stay in the unit. PRM offered the next door condo for $1100 for three night! Far more than we paid for our current accommodation. They were unwavering forcing us to spend more money. We made a reservation elsewhere for two of us. However, this was hugely inconvenient and upsetting. Had we been informed of the stringent rules ahead of time we would have made other arrangements. Very disappointed.

Master bath dirty around commode and floors not swept. Left us used sponges in kitchen. They only provide one set of items and they are already used( like rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Back door alarm wouldn’t work most of the time to get in and out. Back door a total wreck. Paint peeling and shade broken. Ofurniture dirty and so uncomfortable. Called them first day as ice maker did not work and refrig door middle broken. They never came or called us. Beds were very comfortable

Property was very clean. The furniture could use some updating.

I used the condo that my mother had booked for her vacation and found the resort a nice place but not anything to write home about. It was clean, adequately furnished and pleasantly relaxing.

The condo was nicely updated roomy and quiet. Good location. Great communication with rental management. Unfortunately we had to leave sooner than planned and we’re not able to return to the condo for the whole week. Apologies to the cleaning team. Would definitely return.

We enjoy staying here feels like home. It is very relaxing. Don't have to be bothered with noisy neighbors. Feel very safe.

Property need more curb appeal.Rooms need to be updated. Had several issues during this stay.

Finding was hard, addresses not showing. Check in confusing and unclear. If we got there after dark we would have had to go to a hotel. Had to find and seek help from another vacationer to figure out where our building-room was. We didn’t get to use the pool first day as hoped because the code for the pool was not provided. I had to call the next day for it. Room itself was a good size, good condition. The carpet in bedroom though had burrs stuck in the fibers. I pulled at least 10 from my feet. Ouch.
I did get calls before we came and felt that was nice and felt positive. When I called with questions before and during stay I got calls back timely with the support I had been seeking.

Great location, condo was perfect. The only draw back was the pool water could use s shock and the better filtration. But still wasn’t bad overall. Thank you!

Solid rental unit. Only a couple things that we would like to see changed. Patio door lock only worked 25% of the time. Didn't have a TV selection as we are not a digital subscriber and that made being at the unit somewhat boring. Beds were not very comfortable probably because they were only queen-size. Would prefer at least 1 king-size bed in the unit. Unit was very clean and we loved the location being right across the road from the Gulf and beach!! We would gladly stay at this unit again if a king-size bed and cable TV were available.

As always ,, was a great trip and everything was great at the condo.

Great stay on the Biloxi beach. Ocean front view, beautiful white sand beaches and great seafood. What else would you want.

I’ve stayed here probably 10 time. Always very clean, nice pool area. Lot of good places to eat nearby. 2 miles from mall.

We enjoyed our stay in Biloxi. The condo is very comfortable, clean and feels like home. We are planning on staying there several times this summer.

Relaxing, enjoyable, warm, enjoyed doing our own cooking. We love coming to Biloxi.
Not as many people as Florida. Will be back.

Good location but a very busy hwy to cross to get to beach

Everything was nice. I needed time after the death of my only brother. Time to grieve.

everything was pretty good except the TV in the Living room never worked all else was clean and good thanks I enjoy the code lock boxes don't have to keep up with a stupid key

Great location with many of things to do. The room was satisfying.

This is the same unit we’ve had a few times and it hasn’t been improved in quite awhile. The same toilet still runs, the floors need a deep cleaning, and cooking/food prep utensils are not replenished. For example, only a Teflon-coated fry pan is there but not a scratch proof egg turner. The metal one provided inevitably scratches the pan. An abundance of coffee filters were supplied this time but only three beach towels. We had 4 guests and the guest who brought her own towel left it behind because hers was also blue & white striped.

The place was clean and well taken care of.

Too many things to talk about. Several unannounced people that worked PRM came into the condo, including pest control spraying. This all occurred on the day before our checkout. A strange pit-bull dog on condo patio roaming the area for two days. Last minute getting pool towels for our stay.

It is a very nice condo lots of room in the 2 bed unit.They have a great pool and the unit was really clean when we arrived.

came back this year to go to Ship Island, we were very pleased with the excursion and the Park Ranger that gave the tour of the Fort.

Clean and well maintained. The place was great and beach was clean. Other than the pool or beach, there's not much to do.

We live about 2 hours away from this condo which makes it convenient for short getaways. This was our 5th stay here but was the first time we took advantage of the pool every morning.

We enjoyed the stay the unit was clean. The grounds were clean. Wonderful time.

the outside of the were dated, inside was a great, everything was updated very nice.

The rental was right across from the ocean . The rental was clean and up to date.

Followed the instructions received in advance and our check-in was a breeze. The view of the Gulf from our condo was great and totally enjoyable for the week. Would have preferred King beds rather than the Queen beds in both bedrooms. Bring plastic trash bags, extra dish washing soap, toilet paper, etc., since only minimal amount supplied. New smart TVs in every room. Refrigerator, stove, etc., like new but could have used more than the 4 cups, plates, glasses, forks, provided. And the scratched up frying pan should be replaced. Overall, comfortable but some refreshing is definitely needed in the unit where we were assigned. The tile floors definitely need a good steam cleaning; it appeared clean but one hour of barefoot walking on the floor and my feet were black with dirt.

Easy to check in. Upgrade Smart TV with Fire stick was amazing.
