Professional Real Estate Management Beach Vacation division works with Mississippi Gulf Coast property owners to optimize their vacation home rental investment. Through generations of experience, superior guest service, quality housekeeping and maintenance, and fair pricing and fee structures, we build relationships with owners and guests alike. 

Three Generations of Experience 

The goal of Professional Real Estate Management, Inc. is to provide a hands-free management program for property owners. In 1990, recognizing the Gulf Coast as a growing vacation destination, Nancy Williams Scipione started the Beach Vacation division within PRM, Inc. Our tight-knit team strives to provide expert service to property owners and renters.

The longevity of our team allows us to have intimate relationships with each property and owner, so you can be sure your property is well cared for and your investment is solid. Superior Guest Services

We see our role as a hosting job, making sure that each guest is attended to fully from the first contact. Each prospective guest requires time and energy to welcome to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and we make it clear to be a resource of information of things to do, places to eat, and the area’s best attractions. We take Southern Hospitality to heart, and our guests can feel it. 

  • All guests receive a welcome packet that includes local activities, things to do, and more
  • We work directly with guests to find the perfect vacation rental for their party and plans while they are here
  • We assist in minor to major emergencies, helping guests find the best resources based on needs

Quality Housekeeping and Maintenance

  • Each unit is permanently assigned a housekeeper to get to know the unit and its furnishings
  • We make a minimum of two visits to each unit for a booking: prep and departure
  • Prep inspections prior to a guest’s visit allow us to adjust the thermostat, flush the commodes, check for dead bugs, throw out old ice, turn on lamps, plump pillows, etc 
  • Your linens are your linens and are kept separate for your property
  • A contractor cleans each unit following the guest’s departure 
  • Each unit is inspected for possible damage after each departure

Our guests usually take wonderful care of the property while they visit, but damages may occur. We do our best to ensure each unit is not overloaded with guests, and we do not knowingly rent out to college students, bachelor parties, and other big groups. Our minimum age for renting is 25, and most units max out at six guests. 

Fair Fee Structure 

Our management fee is based on pure rent received, meaning you do not pay management fees on the guest’s fees and sales tax. 

  • There is no monthly maintenance fee—you are invoiced only when something is needed at your property
  • There is no up-front cost to you
  • PRM, Inc. pays for general advertising
  • We receive no money unless your property is rented
  • Each guest is charged a 50 percent advance payment upon booking
  • Guests pay for the cleaning fee, credit card fee, and sales tax
  • Full payment is taken 30 days prior to the guest's reservation
