Villas at Ocean Club B116

TV needs to be less complicated to use. We were never able to get a local station. Furniture is old and needs to be replaced.
Property manager was excellent and check in/out was very easy.

It was nice. Need to be updated. The furniture. The last night their. The people checked in above us was loud and hang out at 3 in the morning. They was also smoking weed. We smelled it. It woke us up and we could not return to sleep. I was in B116

Location was between places to eat and shop. Easy to get to the beach including pedestrian crossing at a light. It was a safe area.

good experience - however I left a black men's jacket hanging in the second bedroom closet in B116

The resort was convenient with access to different historic sites to explore and good food around the area.. We didn't use the pool because to temperatures were a bit cool for November.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The property is adequately maintained. The location is very convenient. I enjoyed my morning walks along the beach.

The unit is out dated and needs paint and new silverware and pans The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was so loud that you couldnt sleep with it on. We killed a roach in the bathroom. The pool area was very nice, but the book in the room said you had gas grills to cook and there were none to be found.

Overall great experience, we enjoyed the digital check in and out experience, no high pressure sales pitch. The unit was conveniently located and very spacious. A good value for our family.

Mostly Fantastic. The pool is beautiful but way too warm but that could be the suns fault. Lawn behind condos could have been fuller. Condo its self was truly awesome. Roomie and clean

Martha in housekeeping was great.

I had no problems with the physical location or property even with construction there.
The only complaint was with Capital Vacation that the short 3 day stay was more than the yearly points.

I liked the closenest of the resort to stores, activities, restaurants, and cultural venues.

Everything was good except for the interior of the room. The room needs an upgrade, very outdated. Charlotte in management was very professional and helpful.

The rental unit was clean and had a good bit of room. We could see the gulf from the living room, and it was within walking distance from the water. Everything was great except we had no hot water the last day we were there. We had not contact with the owner or manager. I would recommend the location. There were sufficient places to eat, and casinos were close by.

We arrived a little early because we needed to check out of our previous stay. The people we talked to were very accommodating. Unit 116 was not completely cleaned but they allowed us to unload. The kids were super anxious to swim. So that worked out great. Everyone was friendly

This is our 3rd trip to this property we like it b/c it’s quiet, close to beach restaurants & activities. This time the unit was not up to par. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean but the doors were dirty & there was dust on the walls. The outside doors are in great need of replacement as they are rusty and the blinds on them never work.

The accommodations were great , very clean with everything we needed to get started on our vacation. The area was quiet and well maintained. Definitely will come back !!

This was a very restful place to stay. Less than a block from the beach with a pool right out our back door. The surrounding towns were nice and all the people we meet were friendly. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We will be back

Great location and good accommodations. All was neat and comfortable and nice view of the Beach across the highway from the windows. Enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas.

I was moved at the last minute, When I arrived I received no information regarding the pool access code. The television in the guest bedroom was not working and I did not have a passcode for Wi-Fi. It was impossible to contact the office to report. The pillow case looked as if they were reused.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, a well stocked kitchen, beautiful pool area, easy beach access. Very nice.

We have stayed at this property for the last 5 years because of the location. PRM had always been very good if we had an issue. I did talk to Charlotte before arriving, and she was very accomodating as to giving us an earlier check in time. However, we checked in on 2/9 and I called because there was no can opener in our unit. I talked to Nicky and I thought she said they would get one to us in the mext couple days. On 2/14 I emailed Charlotte, and she said, sorry they could not get one over to us. Also, it seems as though when dishes are broken they are not being replaced, as we only had 3 small plates, and 1 tall glass, and a half handle pizza cutter. Our reservation goes through our timeshare, PRM just manages the units

Great location in a clean, comfortable unit, always plenty of parking. Shopping, events and attractions close, fun area and the area is so easy to navigate. We come hear multiple times each year!

The Vacation was okay. not enough utensils. Furniture was old and out dated. I had never streamed on the tv.Not good since there were no instructions. beds were good. showers were good. washing machine was trobulesome. view great ; over all is was an okay vacation.

The unit wasn’t bad, but there were some issues with the unit that need addressed. For one the Refrigerator doesn’t get very cold at all. So we were afraid our food was going to spoil, and I had to put my adult beverages in the freezer to get cold. The fire sticks in the bedrooms did not work so we couldn’t watch TV in these rooms in the evenings. And the there was obvious damage to the wall in the dinning area and the TV stand was obviously damaged. Almost all the cups the cups were dirty and we didn’t want to drink out of them. A few of the silverware was also dirty. All of the mirrors were horribly streaky as if who ever cleans the room has no idea of how to clean glass properly. The box where we supposed to collect the checkin stuff to our room was left unlocked. Anyone could have walked up and grabbed it.

It is a very quiet time on the beach. We almost had the beach to ourselves. My children are small, 2yr and 4yr. The kids got to run and play in the sand with no worries of strangers and people around. The people we did run into were terrific. Truly was like a hide away. Good sandy beach.

Every restaurant we went to was terrific. We tried something new every night. I only wish I could have taken home some of the recipes. We really like seafood.

Most of the people there actually lived there, so that also made it helpful.

The beach is the only thing we were there for; however, there is a casino and other attractions.

I would recommend for people who really want quiet, relaxing vacation like we did, and safe for the kids.

My 2 grand children and I spent and fun filled 4 days at your resort. All kinds of entertainment places was near by. We celebrated her 2 year birthday , a day she enjoyed. Drove home to Luling Louisiana to drop them off and pick up my husband for a long weekend getaway. Resort near all our favorite casinos.

It was a great place to take our kids . The condo needs to update their TV system . Ours didn't work most of the time in the living room. So as a family if we wanted to watch TV it was in the master bedroom. Other then that it was a great place. We had a view of the ocean across the road from our room, loved that.

Condo was very large & nice but a little out dated.
there was no welcome booklet or check-out instructions. Although it was big it was awkwardly laid out. When you opened the master bathroom door, it opened into the closet & blocked it.
i liked the code for entry but the back door was old & rusty. location was nice but the parking right in your back door patio with seating blocked the view of the beach & scenery.

We had a great time. We were within walking distance of the beach and we could wake up every morning looking out over the gulf.

condo could use an update and some fresh paint on walls and furniture

It was an old dated facility, it was too far from the beach, it was dusty and in some places dirty, overly used. We had no "binder" of information and had to be let in specially by the customer service. She was very attentive and helpful, but still we recieved no binder.

The place is not bad it is outdated but was clean. Property was tuff to find because it is of the main road behind a condo unit. Would stay again.

Great location and rooms well supplied kitchen and very clean. Wifi was problematic had to unplug and restart router 4 or 5 times a day. No TV available without the WiFi

We had a great time. Dish washer didn't work, had some trouble with the Internet. Otherwise, great!!

We visited in Nov, which turned out to be a good week—great weather and low on tourists. This place is a little difficult to find—it’s behind a high rise. I received timely emails that were easy to understand how to check in. (Office is closed). Place is clean and comfortable, beds are good. There is no explanation for tv’s. Turns out they are on Amazon Firesticks, and we are old people who do not use this type of streaming. There were no batteries in remotes, so we had to purchase. There was no binder to explain anything like the tv’s, what was expected at check out, etc. We did not receive the coveted arm bands for the pool, but the pool may have been closed. Again, there was no information regarding this. The one time I called the office number on the door, I received an immediate response. Even though the condo can have up to 6 guests, there are not enough plate settings, so I would recommend bringing paper plates. Other than the lack of instructions, I would return to this place. Both bedrooms have a patio and the view of the water is only interrupted by a chain link fence. Watching the sun come up was nice. If you are into the casinos or touring New Orleans, this is a great place to use as a hub.

These condos are lovely and in a nice Biloxi location. Our biggest complaint would be lack of WIFI and only streaming TV options. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and had every thing we needed for a relaxing stay.

Not a resort. More like a rental. Close to beach. No activities. No extras.

I stayed here on 9 different occasions. Always VERY clean. Kitchen, dining, living room all open, nice when you have friends over. Nice pool area, with gas grill. Very quite area. Nice places to eat 2-3 minutes away. Walking distance to casino. You can always find something to do in the area. The coliseum is 1 mile down the road, my son goes to concerts, and car shows there. Beach right across the street. I’m actually going back in October for 4 days.

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and it was very quiet. There were a few things that could be improved. No linens or pillows for pullout couch. No dry measuring cups or tongs for cooking. Could have used a larger pot to cook in. Kitchen cupboards hard to open with no handles or place to grab and pull.

Had a great time. Easy check-in process via email and door code lock. Easy walk to lots of things including the boardwalk! Access to the condo was awesome as you could park right outside the condo.

The proximity to the beach was great. The rental needs some maintenance and an increase in the standard amenities provided to the customer (e.g., shampoo (only conditioner in the master bath), salt and pepper (maybe absent due to COVID precautions)).

The room # provided on my reservation confirmation was not correct. Thankfully, a worker was in that room and was able to get us access to the correct room. The WiFi & Internet wasn't operable and it took almost 24 hours before someone came to get us connected. My recommendation is to check for WiFi Internet upon arrival so the management company can be reached during business hours.

The vacation home was nice clean two tv was only working on one channel the tv in the living room worked on all channels

The guest bathroom stayed stopped up. The vent was rusty. The dish towels were torn. The bath towels had spots in them.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was nice and clean. It was fully equipped. Could see the beach from our patio. Will definitely be going back.

Clean, great location, good view of the Gulf. Older facility, somewhat dated but was satisfactory. Poorly stocked kitchen, we could have used more than two bath towels for a week. Several light bulbs were burnt out but they did replace them within two days and also fixed the bathtub drain.
The box to get your info packet was empty the whole week and the onsite office does not handle Capitol Vacation guests but they did give us a packet. (somewhat reluctantly). The onsite staff was unfriendly to say the least. Pool was nice. BBQ grill was available but there was no propane tank provided so we could not use it. Overall a 3 star resort.

We got to Biloxi Mississippi around noon. We knew we couldn't check into our room till 3pm so we went and got lunch and ate on the beach till 3. We got to our room around 3:15pm THE CLEANING LADY WAS STILL CLEANING! SMH

Condo was not clean when we arrived. Dryer did not work. Return exhaust for air-conditioning rusty and falling off. Return air vent on microwave was missing.

Great view of water. It was not easy to check in.

this is a review being from capital. Felt like a second class person. They took the DVD player away; had to buy toilet paper, laundry soap and dish washer tabs ourselves as they only gave very small start up and when asked they said capital didn't give them anything to give to us. the pool was closed for 6 days. The room was nice, cabinets were old; but kitchen was good. Lots of road noise

Great location. Close to the beach and restaurants . However the condo needed attention, there were two lightbulbs missing in the bedroom and the one bulb remaining burnt on the second day. Also the tv in the bedroom didn’t have a remote control. After contacting management someone brought two new lightbulbs (still one missing) and a generic tv remote which we had to program.

Beautiful view from our front windows. Clean, beautiful decor.

Place was a dump. Several items not working, bath exhaust fan. Front cover was off microwave. Floor was filthy when we moved in.

Love the area and location of resort, all our needs are readily available . Resort is very clean and well equipped. One of our favorite places.

Christmas with son

Since I live out west this trip to Biloxi was a pleasant change of scenery and climate. The unit I stayed in was clean and had all amenities I was looking for: a kitchen equipped with full size stove and refrigerator (with ice and water dispenser) and an efficient layout of the entire unit. I especially enjoyed the two porch areas, each accessible from a bedroom. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay though I never interacted directly with management staff except for a brief phone call on arrival to ensure I had access to the unit.

We had 2 reservations at this resort, a 3 day & a 4 day that ran consecutively. They were very helpful in making it one continuous stay so we didn’t have to move to a different unit within our stay.

Did not realize this was a condo rental, but that did not pose a problem. It did have a nice ocean view. Overall it was clean but there were dirty and rust spots. Had problem with the TV's at first but was able to fix it myself. We had called for assistance and never received a call back. I think batteries in remotes were almost dead. Since our purpose was just to get away and relax, this stay was fine.

Everything was awesome. Clean and comfortable

Wireless internet was down the entire week.Complained but did not help. All cabinet doors and drawers did not have knobs. Very hard to open. No phone in the room.

It was a very enjoyable time. Everything was better than we expected.

The property is in need of general maintenance and upgrades. The furniture is old and one of the TV's did not work. The parking lot is in total disrepair and several of the buildings need washing and all the windows need to be cleaned. The site as a beautiful pool area, but this is the second year we have a room that looks onto the parking lot.
